Upper Floor / Planta Cubierta
On the upper level you’ll find the library and two office workspaces – one overlooking the terrace and the sea, the other with a view of the finca itself.
Basement / Planta Bodega
The basement includes a technical room with solar batteries, inverter, and pool equipment. The remaining space is fully built and can be converted into a hobby room or wine cellar. The round tower also extends to this level – offering additional room, for example, for a private bodega.
